Toddler's Surprise Contest Clue #4

I essentially finished the toddler's mama-made birthday gift today. Since it's going to hang on the wall, I still need to attach some hanging hardware on the back, but other than that, it's all finished!

I feel the need to tell you, in the interest of fairness, that the photo above was taken from below the project while it was face down on the saw horses this afternoon. The bright yellow is the top of the saw horse and not part of the item in question.
