Thursday the mailman made me happy!

He brought me a package containing this:
I'd won a contest that was a part of the Spring Felted Bag Exchange. I had no idea the prize would be this cool! As you can see, there's 2 skeins of Noro, 1 skein of sugar n' cream twists, a cute notepad, a bar of rose scented, french milled soap, and an organic dark chocolate bar from Trader Joe's. Thanks Anne! I've been wanting to get started on Lizard Ridge; the Noro will help with that. I've also been wanting to make the Mason-Dixon 9-patch dishcloth to help me learn how to knit miters; the cotton looks great with a skien I already have and will make it possible for me to do that as well.
All of that will have to wait though. The mailman also brought me a box of Cascade 220 on Thursday! I've already knit and felted some gauge swatches so I can get started on a bag for my spoilee! I think Cascade will make a sturdier bag if used double stranded. Now I just have to decide what that bag should look like...
