I'm working on a bag right now. It's not even for the Spring Felted Bag Exchange. It's a surprise. I think only one person knows what it is and what it's for. And I'm REALLY excited about it.
I figure that I'll finish the knitting tonight. Then I'll have to felt it and block it. I can't wait to see how it works. I've been keeping track of everything I've done so I can actually write a real pattern for it if it works out. Which is a big if...
Remember that I'm the crazy person who started out to make pot holders and wound up with odd shaped trivets. I keep telling myself that I've learned a lot about both knitting and felting since then, but I also hope I don't wind up disappointed.
IF it does work out I plan on submitting the pattern some place. I'll let you guys know what happens in the near future. I'm gonna get back to knitting so I can finish the bag.
