I was blessed to participate in the Vintage Swap hosted by Heather; I have really enjoyed this one! I’ve loved visiting the blogs written by the other participants, and I’ve learned a lot from them. My partner was the wonderful Rachel. She sent me an extremely generous box full of vintage goodness, milk glass, two tea towels (yes, herbs and calories – complete with foods and numbers!), and yard after yard of vintage floral fabric. Plus, there were two adorable deer that the boys spent a long while making kiss each other; they’ve sense migrated to Hubby’s office where they are safe from being teethed on.Thanks, Rachel; I LOVE all of it!

In other news, I decided today that some serious straightening is in order in my studio; it is long past time for the 4 foot by 6 foot drafting table to be cleared. I’m headed to the kitchen for a snack and on to the studio for some more cleaning up. With any luck I’ll clear the surface tonight and have some workspace again! Then I can move on to working on another goal I have that I’ll be back to tell you about next week sometime! Until tomorrow…
