Not an Ordinary Day at the Park
Hubby and I headed out to Shawnee Mission Park last Monday for a bit of time just the two of us. We took our cameras, and spent as much time as we wanted shooting in the fog. It was too cold for much hiking, but we had a lovely day together. I really enjoyed taking photos in the fog; there was still a descent amount of snow left and some ice on the lake.
I especially enjoyed the way the fog and gray highlighted the little bit of color found in the winter landscape. Well, and the wonderful company!
I posted a few sneak peek photos from this outting here.
I figure I should also let you guys know that I finally listed the scarf on etsy! Check it out here.

lovely photos…I too love the gray mist and the color on the boats.
